Go to Justin.tv
Click create account
It will ask for Login ( Make this your channel name )
Password – your choice
Birthday – it will not let you open an account if you choose a date that indicates you are under 13.
Login
Once logged in you will see a red button that says Broadcast – If you have a cam and mic set up – click it
At this point you can use the “good” method which allows adobe access to your cam/mic
The ‘best” method which install an active x plugin ( have’nt tried it )
Under the ‘more” tab you will find the Adobe Media encoder solution as well as MAC solutions

This is just to get you streaming. You should also do the settings and profile options in your Justin account.
Account for over 50 viewers need to be registered.

If you want to archive shows you must schedule them, be careful of timezone and you must do this for every show, there are a few record places, under archives seems to be a quick scheduler.
To add loops you must create a playlist. This can be populated with archives or youtubes it appears. just hit the My Playlists Button to get started - it's pretty easy from there.
