In the twelfth episode, Todd and his panelists libertarian activist and pundit Jason Jewell, former libertarian talk radio show host Nancy Robbins, and Peace, Freedom, and Movement Radio and Boston Tea Party At-Large Member candidate Michael Shanklin discuss Seattle Cop Ian Walsh who punches 19-year-old Marilyn Levias after she shoves him for trying to arrest her 17-year-old friend Angel Rosenthal on the non-violent crime of "jaywalking," Levias later apologizes to Officer Walsh and he accepts her apology, the public's shameful condemnation of Levias's action against Walsh, The Smoking Gun website digging up a story on the teen girl's past involving theft, Obama accepts General McChrystal's resignation from his post in Afghanistan after he publicly questions the administration's role in the country, Mike Shanklin running for the Boston Tea Party's At-Large seat on the National Committee in the wake of controversy stirred up by the Party's founder Tom Knapp and former At-Large member and current candidate Neil Kiernan Stephenson, Obama preparing to challenge Arizona's immigration law a.k.a. S.B. 1070, etc.

Former Boston Tea Party Chairman Doug Gaking will be on for a half hour discussion from 11:30 p.m. EST to midnight to talk about the recent events unfolding in the Boston Tea Party, especially the controversy surrounding the fourth At-Large seat, the currently-running At-Large seat election, and what future holds for the organization.
